Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products or services to customers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy building relationships with customers.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Recommend products or services based on customer needs and preferences
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Skills:
- Knowledge of sales systems and processes
- Familiarity with Aseptic technique in a medical setting
- Optical knowledge for assisting customers with eyewear selection
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for handling customer information securely
- Experience using Epic or similar electronic medical records system
- Familiarity with medical billing processes

Pay: $17.73 - $23.00 per hour
